Pregnancy Coach 60 Day Satisfaction Guaranteed Return Policy
If you are unsatisfied with your purchase from pregnancycoach.com for any reason, you have up to 60 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund.
You may return Pregnancy Coach-branded device and Pregnancy Coach-branded device accessories (collectively, the "Product") purchased on pregnancycoach.com in accordance with the terms below.
To initiate a return for Product purchased on pregnancycoach.com, Login to your account in our store (if you didn’t previously create a password, you’ll be able to create one). In the list of your past orders, click on the Request a return link on the order you wish to return and follow the prompts.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
To qualify for a refund, all the following conditions must be met:
- A return authorization must be requested within 60 days of your purchase date.
- You must return the Product to Pregnancy Coach to receive a refund. Returned Product(s) must be in good physical condition (not physically broken or damaged). All accessories originally included with your purchase must be included with your return.
- The return authorization number must be included along with your returned product.

Additional terms and conditions:
- A return shipping label is included in the product box and can be used to return the product at no cost to you if mailed in the United States. For shipping from outside the US, you are responsible for and must prepay all shipping charges and you assume the risk of loss or damage to the returned Product(s) while in transit back to Pregnancy Coach.
- If you return Product to Pregnancy Coach (a) without a return authorization from Pregnancy Coach or (b) without all parts and accessories originally included with your purchase, Pregnancy Coach retains the right to either refuse acceptance of such return or charge you a restocking fee of 15% of the original price of the Product(s) or the retail value of the missing parts and accessories, whichever is higher. Normal use of consumables, such as adhesive patches, is not considered to be “missing parts and accessories”.
